Located in Tignes, France, the inaugural Winter X Games Europe was hosted in March of 2010 and was the first ever Winter X Games held outside of the United States. Over 150 of the best skiers and snowboarders from all over the world were invited to compete in the first Winter X Games Europe, and the event has continued to grow with the years. SPT designs and builds both the Slopestyle course and Superpipe for the event. SPT also manages the Snowboard Sport Organizing, which includes overseeing the athlete selection committee and invites, athlete communication, competition format input, and management of judging and scoring criteria as well as the judging panel.
